Since February 9, an Italian water expert named Professor Massimo Sarti has been conducting a field study in Mrauk-U.

The field inspection revealed that Mrauk-U’s water use system was satisfactory, according to the Department of Archaeological Research and National Museum of Mrauk-U. Mrauk-U was a magnificent royal capital established in 1430 by Rakhine King Min Saw Mon and ruled by successive Rakhine kings for 354 years.
