The canned ham that can be put away on the rack can be put away at room temperature for as long as two years. They can be put away longer inside the can in light of the fact that they are cleaned during handling.
The regular state of the can is pear-formed and level on the base. They come in family measures or bundled for institutional purposes in bigger jars called “Pullman jars”.
