Wesley Fofana’s extended exchange adventure is over after he formally turned into a Chelsea player in a £70million bargain.
Thomas Tuchel has finally found his defensive target, Fofana, and the west London club has agreed to a seven-year deal with him.
In the wake of finishing his turn, Fofana depicted his transition to Stamford Scaffold as a ‘fantasy’ and that he is chomping at the bit to get moving close by his new colleagues.

On Instagram last month, Fofana disclosed that wingback Reece James attempted to move the deal along.
A month ago, “Reece James” sent me a message on Instagram: You come and play with me at right-back?” I like this, it’s great for my certainty. Fofana stated, “He’s now my guy.”
