Situations Without a Deductible.

The following are scenarios in which you probably won’t pay the deductible on your car insurance:

If the other driver was at fault for a car accident: Your losses are covered by their liability insurance up to the limits of their coverage.

If you are found to be responsible for an accident’s damages: Their damages will be covered by your liability insurance up to the limits of your policy.

Uninsured or underinsured motorists are to blame: A few states or guarantors may not expect you to pay the deductible for specific substantial wounds under your uninsured/underinsured driver (UI/UIM) inclusion.

Replacing or repairing the glass: A few back up plans forgo the deductible in the event that you fix glass as opposed to supplant glass.

In certain states, guarantors should give zero-deductible window glass inclusion assuming you convey complete inclusion.

You have a policy with no deductible, a deductible waiver, or an endorsement with a “diminishing deductible”: With certain coverages and insurers, you may qualify for a zero-deductible policy.
