The June “super update” for the Galaxy S23 series goes live today June 17, 2023.

The Galaxy S23 series has not yet received the June update, despite the fact that Samsung phones frequently receive monthly updates on time.

The wait should be well worth it given that the company is working on a significant upgrade that will include bug fixes and optimizations.

The Galaxy S23 family will receive a “super update” the following week, according to leaker Ice Universe.

It appears that it will not be released in one go, but rather in a series of upgrades that will be released quickly after each other. The person who gave the tip said that the upgrades will have “a lot of content,” but they didn’t say anything else about it.

He had previously stated that the upgrade might make the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s overall performance smoother and extend its battery life.

Additionally, the update will address any issues with the Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra.

One of the best camera phones of 2023, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, will probably get a lot of new camera features and a 2x portrait mode.

The HDR vignetting issue that plagues some Galaxy S23 images, particularly those of subjects in the corners, may also be fixed by the update.

Ice’s release is consistent with information that Twitter user Tarun Vats shared a few days ago. He says that customers in Europe will receive the update between June 19 and June 21, customers in Asia and the United States who own a Galaxy S23 between June 20 and 21, and customers in Canada between June 20 and 27.
